I would try to get a decent rate at the Governor Hotel. It is amazing. You MUST have breakfast or brunch at the Tin Shed Garden Cafe. http://tinshedgardencafe.com
Thank you so much my dear. I'll look into both for sure. Hopefully I'll be able to get to the Tin Shed before my plane departure.
congrats. you deserve it.

Hi Michael! Congratulations on your invite to Pinot Camp! I will be joining you this year.. Look forward to meeting you in person... I was just out in Oregon last October.. If you make it to Portland I highly suggest eating at Le Pigeon, Gabrielle Ruckers restaurant. Absolutely Incredible!

Camille-Thanks for the recommendation, I totally forgot about Le Pigeon. I've read about it & wanted to try it. Thanks for posting. I look forward to OPC & meeting you as well!
I live in PDX and work for a small vineyard. You can stay at The Ace Hotel (cheap, great rooms if you are willing to go down the hall to the bath). Good food suggestions so far. Ace Hotel is next to Clyde Common, which is great. When you go to Le Pigeon, go for a drink first at Noble Rot, just up and across the street. Have fun!
