I've been away & my last post was laced with a bit of, well, umm anger I guess?
I just popped open Sonoma Coast Vineyards 2004 Syrah. Absolutely dark & inky with notes of smokey, bacony, blueberry & hints of clove & violet.
On the palate is all rich, voluptuous, dark, smoked meat, blueberry, cinnamon & a supple body. Absolutely hedonistic & delicious.
